Kasheme X Birdman feat. Roku Gin Sakura Bloom
On Thursday, June 4 after 20:00, Kasheme lands at Birdman for a one-night takeover.
Straight from Zurich, the Kasheme crew brings their signature cocktails and listening culture to the bar, moving between the decks and the counter all night long.
Part of Birdman’s ongoing series of international collaborations, this takeover brings together two spaces connected by a shared appreciation for detail, atmosphere, and good taste.
On the same night, our sponsor Roku Gin will officially launch Roku Sakura in Greece, served through exclusive cocktails for the occasion.
Birdman’s full food menu will be served throughout the night.

Bar Ton takes over Birdman on May 22
On Friday, May 22 after 20:00, Bar Ton lands in Athens for a one-night takeover at Birdman. Expect their signature cocktails & grilled cheese sandos, and the energy that made them one of Bucharest’s most talked-about bars.
Behind the decks, founder Radu Matei will be setting the tone for a long, vibey night.

Cenote Tequila lands at Birdman
On Thursday, April 30 at 20:00, Birdman teams up with Cenote Tequila for a special one-night session.
An award-winning spirit, Cenote brings a smooth, refined take on tequila, and for the night, it will be served through a series of exclusive cocktails by brand ambassador Andreas Dimitropoulos.

The Birdman Smash Burger Finds a Permanent Home at Ekiben Kitchen
The Birdman Smash first appeared quietly on the menu at Birdman in Athens — and almost instantly became the city’s most talkedabout burger. Today, this cultfavorite smash burger in Athens has its own permanent home at Ekiben Kitchen on Skoufou Street.
The move to a dedicated space, essentially created to house the Smash, was a natural next step after the overwhelming response it received from the very beginning. What Makes the Birdman Smash So Special
At the heart of the Birdman Smash is a strict commitment to ingredient quality and balance of flavour. Each Smash is made with two patties using a carefully crafted blend of beef from grass fed cows, delivering intense flavour, juiciness, and that essential crispy caramelised edge that defines a true smash burger.
The patties are served in a handmade potato bun, and only a few precisely chosen ingredients are added, just enough to create harmony, without any one element overpowering the beef: Double cheddar, red onion, iceberg lettuce, our own secret sauce.
